Hips Don't Lie 

Welcome to Hips Don’t Lie, a class dedicated to nurturing and strengthening our hip region. Our hips serve as the central pivot point of our skeletal structure, influencing posture, mobility, and over all well being. By fostering balance and strength in the hips, we promote harmony throughout the body and mind, enchanting our daily activities and restful nights.

 

No experience required! I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone. Let’s relax, listen to some good tunes, and move together. Can’t wait to see you!

Ready Set Release

Allow yourself to take the time to release all of your stagnant energy in this hatha/vinyasa type class. You will blend postures with fluid movement to help deepen your mind-body connection leaving you feeling refreshed. 

Vinyasa 

In a Vinyasa yoga class, you'll experience a dynamic and flowing sequence of poses that are synchronized with your breath. It's an invigorating practice that helps build strength, flexibility, and balance. The benefits of vinyasa yoga include increased energy, improved focus, and a sense of inner harmony.

Breathwork Beats

Get ready to flow and groove in our Breathwork Beats yoga class! We'll sync your movements to energizing music beats while focusing on deep breaths. It's a unique fusion of yoga, music, and breathwork that will leave you feeling balanced and invigorated. Let the rhythm guide your practice and experience a whole new level of connection between body, mind, and music.

Hatha

Hatha offers a blend of physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation that focuses on alignment and building strength and flexibility. Suitable for all levels. These classes help promote overall stress reduction and mindfulness. 

Yin Yang 

Yin Yang yoga is a beautiful blend of two complementary styles, combining the gentle and introspective nature of Yin with the dynamic and energizing qualities of Yang. In a Yin Yang yoga class, you'll experience a balance of stillness and movement, allowing you to find harmony within yourself. The benefits include improved flexibility, strength, and a deep sense of balance in both body and mind.

HOT

When you see HOT before any class you can expect a dynamic practice performed in a heated room, usually around 95-105°F (35-40°C). The heat helps to warm up your muscles, increase flexibility, and release toxins through sweat. You'll flow through a series of poses, building strength, improving balance, and finding that sweet spot between effort and relaxation. It's a great way to challenge yourself and leave the class feeling rejuvenated.
