Mat Pilates

Welcome to our mat pilates class! Where we will incorporative movements that focus on cultivating awareness and fluid motions within the body. The session emphasizes controlled exercise and movement as we promote core strength, flexibility and alignment. Each movement is perfromed intentionally to enhance the mind-body connection while building functional strength. See you there!

Hips Don't Lie 

Welcome to Hips Don’t Lie, a class dedicated to nurturing and strengthening our hip region. Our hips serve as the central pivot point of our skeletal structure, influencing posture, mobility, and over all well being. By fostering balance and strength in the hips, we promote harmony throughout the body and mind, enchanting our daily activities and restful nights.

 

No experience required! I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone. Let’s relax, listen to some good tunes, and move together. Can’t wait to see you!

Breathwork Beats

Get ready to flow and groove in our Breathwork Beats yoga class! We'll sync your movements to energizing music beats while focusing on deep breaths. It's a unique fusion of yoga, music, and breathwork that will leave you feeling balanced and invigorated. Let the rhythm guide your practice and experience a whole new level of connection between body, mind, and music.

HOT

When you see HOT before any class you can expect a dynamic practice performed in a heated room, usually around 95-105°F (35-40°C). The heat helps to warm up your muscles, increase flexibility, and release toxins through sweat. You'll flow through a series of poses, building strength, improving balance, and finding that sweet spot between effort and relaxation. It's a great way to challenge yourself and leave the class feeling rejuvenated.

Hatha

Hatha offers a blend of physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation that focuses on alignment and building strength and flexibility. Suitable for all levels. These classes help promote overall stress reduction and mindfulness. 

Express Flow (45)

This dynamic 45 minute class blends elemends from various different yoga practices. Flow through strength, flexibility, breathwork and deep relaxation in just 45 minutes! 

Yin Yang 

Yin Yang yoga is a beautiful blend of two complementary styles, combining the gentle and introspective nature of Yin with the dynamic and energizing qualities of Yang. In a Yin Yang yoga class, you'll experience a balance of stillness and movement, allowing you to find harmony within yourself. The benefits include improved flexibility, strength, and a deep sense of balance in both body and mind.

Pilates Scuplt

Welcome to this dynamic, high-energy Pilates-inspired class designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and core strength while toning the entire body. Paired with 2lb weights, this upbeat and invigorating workout is perfect for those looking to push beyond their comfort zone and unleash a surge of endorphins. Get ready for a sweaty, empowering session that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized.

Stretch

Find your calm and reset with this gentle, slow-paced class focused on deep stretching and relaxation.

Perfect for releasing tension and improving flexibility, this soothing practice helps you reconnect with your body and mind, leaving you feeling centered and refreshed.

Ready Set Release

Allow yourself to take the time to release all of your stagnant energy in this hatha/vinyasa type class. You will blend postures with fluid movement to help deepen your mind-body connection leaving you feeling refreshed. 

Vinyasa 

In a Vinyasa yoga class, you'll experience a dynamic and flowing sequence of poses that are synchronized with your breath. It's an invigorating practice that helps build strength, flexibility, and balance. The benefits of vinyasa yoga include increased energy, improved focus, and a sense of inner harmony.

Power Hour

Ignite your strength and stamina in this high-energy Power Yoga class.

Flow through dynamic sequences that build heat, challenge your muscles, and sharpen your focus. Perfect for those looking to push their limits, increase flexibility, and leave feeling empowered and balanced. 

Friday Flow

In this class we will find our featured artist and flow to the beat. Each friday is different and each flow is never the same. This surprise flow can either be invigorating or relaxing depending on who we flow to!

Monthly Meditation

Get ready and relax with our monthly meditation. Bring a blanket, pillow and your mat and move into deep breathing with yourself.

Journaling and stretching welcomed.

Sunrise Flow

Allow your day to start with the sun rises and room filled with light. You take a deep breath, feeling warm spready through your body. Gentle movements shake off stiffness and bring new energy. Each inhale lifts you, and each exhale grounds you. A quiet moment of stillness leaves you refreshed and ready for your day!
